The following terms and conditions apply:

Products are shipped worldwide.

We charge a flat rate of €6.90 per order for shipping. International Deliveries:

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the delivery of goods in Germany occurs within 10 - 21 working days, for international deliveries within 10 - 29 working days from the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will send the items together in one delivery unless a different agreement has been made. The delivery date for the entire order will be the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time.

Additional Payment Details

With SEPA direct debit payment, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to debit the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

With credit card payments, your credit card account is charged upon the conclusion of the contract. If you have any questions, please contact the details mentioned in the imprint.
